During his tenure as Vice President of Marquee Development Group from 2006 to 2008, headquartered in New York, Michael spearheaded transformative commercial and resort projects throughout the Caribbean, showcasing his visionary leadership and strategic acumen.
In 2009, Michael made history by becoming the inaugural franchise partner of CMR Construction & Roofing, a nationally renowned insurance restoration contractor operating in over 30 states and ranked as the 10th largest roofing contractor in the USA. His astute leadership and entrepreneurial spirit led to the expansion of CMR's footprint into the northeast, upper Midwest, and Arizona, where he established over 20 offices from the ground up.
Following a company restructuring in 2013, Michael's franchise offices were transitioned into corporate entities, solidifying his role as a Joint Venture partner until 2023. In 2014, Michael forged a groundbreaking partnership with Townsend Building Services, Australia's preeminent insurance restoration contractor, to aid in the revitalization efforts of the Gold Coast following a catastrophic natural disaster.
